We love hearing from you, but for our sanity, we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines….
If it is an EMERGENCY then please ring us on 05 53 62 97 48 any day of the week.
By Emergency, we mean that an equine is in immediate danger of serious injury or death. Please remember that this is a volunteer helpline and try if possible to contact us during reasonable hours.
If you need to ring us but it is not an emergency, please do so on 05 53 62 97 48 between the hours of 10am and 3pm Mon – Fri – please leave a message if the answerphone is on. We promise we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please avoid ringing us after 9pm (unless you want to tell us about a large donation) as we all need our beauty sleep! Finally, if you are ringing from the UK then remember we are one hour ahead of you, so your 9pm is our 10pm.
If you have a question, suggestion or are looking for advice please e-mail us first at admin@equinerescuefrance.org . If you’d like us to call you back, please give us your LANDLINE telephone number and tell us when would be most convenient for you. Please do not ask us to call international mobiles as this is very expensive, even local mobile calls use up our euros which we would rather keep to help horses.
If you’d like to send us a letter or a donation, or if you are an official body and would like to send an official letter to our Siège Social, you can find us at:
Equine Rescue France, Chevre Morte, 24360 Champniers-et-Reilhac, France.
We can only accept Euro cheques made out to Equine Rescue France. If you would like to send us a sterling cheque, please e-mail us first. We can accept Paypal donations in any currency
.
ERF is not a sanctuary and we do not have the facilities to host visits. The above address is a private home. If you are interested in viewing a particular equine, drop us an e-mail and we’ll be happy to set up an appointment. Equines are usually cared for at properties in departement 24.
If you value the work we do at ERF, please donate so we can continue to help equines in France
