Last month we were reported a case of 2 donkeys with terribly overgrown hooves. We see so many cases like this, often on a weekly basis, but it nice to be able to report such a rapid and positive outcome. Mother and son donkeys, Manon and Rowan, have been in their new adoptive home for 5 months now. You can read about how they came to be ERF donkeys by clicking on their story here.

Yesterday we were out on the road visiting some of the ERF adopted donkeys. First stop was to see Maddie, Elly and Poppy who have been out under contract since 2009 in the Haute Vienne.
The 3 of them look superb and little Poppy has now grown into quite a big donkey. It’s nice to hear that they are now getting on well having their feet trimmed, which was a bit of a battle to start...

We really love receiving updates from our adopters, especially when they are getting such enjoyment from their adopted horse or donkey. Titos and Archie, who were adopted last year, are having a wonderful time down in the Lot where they are always out and about in the countryside going for walks with their human friends.

Manon & Rowan have been with us for nearly 2 weeks and are already part of the family and settling in nicely.
