Corran Ard, Leo, Daisy and Dora.

Back on the homechecking travels yesterday, and off to see Daisy and Dora. It’s lovely to see how their guardians are so diligent in the way they care for them. The donkeys have various ‘rooms’ in the barn to choose from, including a choice of beds in the section nearest the house. Every evening, they come up the hill and shout for their supper, and are never...

Lily and Marcy….2 weeks on

If you do not have the facilities or experience to take on an equine yourself, maybe you would consider donating something towards their costs whilst in our care?...

Posted by on Sep 10, 2009 in Association News, Donkeys, Rescues | 1 comment
This week we started the backing process on ERF mule, Mimi. So far so good…..she’s accepted saddle plus crupper, bridle with bit, long reins and tonight I lent over her for a few seconds. We are thrilled she is turning from a mule with ‘Attitude’ into a sweet little mule at long last! Anyone interested in adopting Mimi can contact admin@equinerescuefrance.org , there is...
